Hello! My name is Alice Bice; I am a long time Texan. I have been in Texas for most of my life. Born in San Antonio, attended college in Brazosport and met and married my husband Perry Bice in Angleton, TX. We have lived and worked in the hotel industry, have been owners of apartment complexes and other related business around many parts of Texas. In the past I have been voted Business Person of the Year, served as President of Tourism in Cherokee County and as Vice President of Sigma Phi Sorority in Cleveland, TX. We moved to Hemphill, TX in 1983 to live and retire on Toledo Bend Lake. My family has always been involved in the real estate business and I followed that lead after retirement. We love it here on the lake and cannot imagine living elsewhere. I feel so fortunate to live and work in an area surrounded by all this natural beauty and wonderful family and friends. Needless to say I thinK I am the luckiest person alive!!!!
